That looks fabulously delicious.

Haven't undressed a fatty yet, but I want to do it with better sausage than Jimmy Dean. May have to fire up the grinder (and, since it's a manual grinder, that's a task) and make some myself.
 
My question nobody can answer at Tennessee sausage or any other place. why the hell is there carbs in sausage that has no sugar?

I think you could heat up some pecan sticks in Kerry Gold or whatever Irish butter you like and they’d be good... probably magic on a fatty.
