and it's meat was very tasty! :rolleyes:

Someone bought a frenched rack of lamb from Trader Joe's a while back and said that it was good so I bought one for dinner tonight. It was frozen in cryovac and preseasoned with rosemary and garlic. I grilled it in Eggbert until it was medium rare. I also grilled a couple of red skin taters cut in half, scored and drizzled with a little EVOO and sprinkled with some Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

That lamb looks perfect. No one at the house likes lamb but me so I dont make it often enough but may have to this weekend.

I'm in the same boat. My wife won't eat lamb or most seafood so when she has to work late I cook lamb or seafood :rolleyes:
