looks good ! I have a friend that is coming to our NBBQA conference from Alameda California to teach a class on tri tip and santa maria style cooking. Do you have any of the Santa Maria style grills out your way ?
I'm also jealous that you have access to argentinian beef ! I ate a ton of it in Mexico and thought that it was especially good. Maybe it was just the way they cooked it, but it was just awesome in empanadas with chimichurra sauce.
