Well, after few days of turkey, looking for some red meat to make sandwiches this weekend. Smoked up a top round roast
On smoker ready to go, cooking over beef boulion base and seasoning.
Pulled off smoker @ 130
A little rest
Wrapped up and ready for bed. Will slice in morning on my cheap slicer and heat up the jus
First cook on the fornetto. I've been mainly cooking on my weber 26, so going to 18 inch smoker was adjustment.
I'll try to update when sliced and sammies made.
