My team The Four Porksmen are jumping off the high dive into the deep end of the pool for our very first competition. Heck I've never even cooked a brisket before but I've seen it done on TV so I have that going for me. I've had the Assassin 28 fired up the past two weekends to practice cook times and flavor profiles so hopefully we avoid DAL. Are any other Brethren entering this event?
