Ribeyes with Roasted Cauliflower Carrot Puree

Grabbed some ribeyes and veggies from Sams today. Did a very simply grill on the steak. This is the first time I've done the cauliflower/carrot puree deal and man I will be doing it again :clap2:.

Steaks and veggies getting ready. Did salt/pepper on the steaks and mine had a bunch of chipotle too :becky:. The veggies had the same.

For the puree I put the veggies in the processor along with some sour cream a little butter and some parm cheese :-D. Again this is my new favorite. Might roast some garlic cloves with it next time.

Love veggies pureed like that. Try running them through your meat grinder if you never have. Super silky smooth texture.
