these spanned over the last few weeks, but I wanted to share regardless.

Ribeye cap. Prime, I dry brined in fridge for 8 hours and cooked to what I believe was a medium doneness. The wife and kids loved it! Myself, I thought it was okay. I think I like Picanha more...

Flap meat steak Fajitas

Made a marinade, trimmed up the flap meat and threw it in the fridge for 8ish hours. Seared that badboy and grilled up some onions and bell peppers on the grill as well. Homemade Pico and other sides and WOW probably the best stead fajitas I've ever made!
