Great lookin' ribs and shots! And as others have said, great photography as well.

Hard to say for sure, but it kinda looks like the ribs you wrapped had a deeper smoke ring..........anyway beautiful cook all the way around!

Thanks! I am conditioned to look for a ring, but as long as it is there and the food tastes good, I didn't notice which had more.

Had a problem. When I made the pig shots yesterday, I made too much filling. No more sausages in the freezer.
