Mazzocco is hands down our favorite Zin. Dave and Deny Bart gave us a bottle for Christmas and we are hooked.

I'm liking this idea Marty. A low heat cook on the kettle for some smoke, then a high searing heat on the Akorn we now have for the finish. Thanks for the post!
