We had a Rib Cook Off In Taylor Az this weekend a long with their Fourth of July Celebration. Congrats to Jaybird on 1st Place. This is a interesting town in the White Mountains, At 4am in the mourning they start off with the "Firing of the Anvil" They place one anvil on the ground w/ can of gun powder on it and set another anvil on top of that,they blow that anvil about ten feet in the air.They do this about 30 times with Firetrucks and Semi's, townsfolk following with sirens and horns blowing.
