Here he is babysitting some ribs.
Cape Grim,grass fed from Tasmania.
just wrapped with some Plum Jam from last years harvest.
Fingers Crossed.

As a general rule,I don't like very sweet so we used plum instead of too much sugar.
plus we had heaps in the cupboard,we use fruits a lot
The jam had enough in it to carry sweet but not sickly sweet

Nice balance IMHO
