Good looking fish..and dinner! That's what we usually have - a protein and either a vegetable or a salad. It's enough. As much as I love starches, they usually involve a significant amount of butter.

But the exception? Fresh corn season. Hallelujah.

I bought a few blems when they were on sale years ago, have no issues using them in the MAK.
