What wonderful thai food bbq! excellent pictures congrats to you what king of camera do you use?
I live on thai food everyday, had for breakfast pad thai with chicken made it myself-spend 3 months in thailand in the 1980s. tom yum soup in the afternoon with bbq ribs off the smoker

Thanks Alan! I use a Nikon D200 with good glass. I usually shoot prime lenses... a Nikkor AF-S 50mm f/1.8D or 24mm f/2.8D, depending on the situation. I use as much natural diffused light as I can, but also bounce a SB-600 speedlight off the ceiling occasionally.

I love tom yum soup. I recently had the best Thai food I've had in a long time on a business trip to Denver. The restaurant was located in Littleton, CO and it is called Wild Ginger. AWESOME Thai food, better than Siam Rice in Downtown Chicago.

Ok, after THAT...my keyboard needs a squeegee! I may have to make an inadequate but heartfelt attempt to recreate that for me and the wife this coming weekend.
