I am planning on smoking 2 turkeys for T-day, probably on Wednesday (working on call 24hr/day M-F) and eating one on Sat. and one of Sunday.

Anyone have any tips or tricks on how to store the turkey and reheating (will be reheated in the oven, so what temp)?

I actually deboned and sliced everything but the legs and put them in ziplock bags. T-Day, I will put in the oven about 250 (probably) arranged on the container I will serve on. I have to bring everything over to the S-I-L's house.

This is the directions I give my customers that buy smoked turkeys from me. I normally deliver Wednesday night with the turkeys in the pan that they smoked in. The turkey is whole still and cooled. I tell them to pour a little apple juice in the pan, tent some foil over the turkey and heat at 250 until the turkey comes up to temp. The apple juice in the pan, mixed with the other juices already in there and gelled from the cooling along with the tented foil keep the turkey moist.
