Was going to cook yesterday but never got around to it
Put some turkey thighs in some "Frank's Sweet Chili" for a couple days
And a slice of beef shoulder seasoned with "Head Country"
All onto the 18"
First done were the thighs
Sliced up the beef for a form of burnt ends
After a couple hours they were done
Not a bad day
