S&P rub, salted a couple hours before cook. Cooking on the PK with Weber bricks and a baseball size chunk of cherry. Planning on an hour or less at around 300.

Hard to find near me also, going to see if Costco has some.
 
They are about $13 a pound around here. Are they more in Oz? I would think they would be less expensive.
 
Thanks! It was. Making some again tomorrow. Our cleaning lady of 25 years has terminal cancer and has never had rack or prime rib. Im going to fix one or both tomorrow and take it her family.
