Quickest way to chop brisket

Going to do a 30pcs smoked brisket for school event. What is the quickest way to chop up brisket?

Food processor? If the brisket is tender, I don't see why not. Been thinking about giving it a go.

Normally I slice my brisket. But the school wants me make chopped sandwich. Last time I did 40 but rental a meat slicer took me over 3hrs. By myself.
