Sunday Night is here again, so smoked up a 14.5 lb packer brisket, and the list of appetizers is long. My youngest 2 kids are in town for Christmas so want to make all the goodies for them to try and help with . Brisket was really good but not perfect . Got an excuse to to cook another one :becky:
