Hey folks,

Having fajitas for dinner with the neighbors and will augment the steak and chicken with some vac sealed pulled pork.

Wondering if you guys have suggestions on flavoring/adding to the leftover pulled pork to make it more Mexican/Tex-Mex flavors?

I guess it depends on how you seasoned it. I like my south of the boarder pork to stand on it own, carnitas style. But if it was me, I would try taking a can or 2 of Rotel and use that to reheat the pork (maybe drained or not depending on how much liquid you would need).

I have never tried it, but is what I would do.
