Pulled Pork / Chicken Wings for Memorial Day

I threw on 9 lb butt tonight and then it's Chicken thighs and drumsticks done like Chicken wings Tomorrow morning.


Here is how the butt looked after about 4.5 hours.
So far so good I think.

I'm actually finishing the butt in the oven tonight. I don't think it's going to take anymore smoke and I'm about out of fuel anyhow..

I'll shoot some pron of the "Chicken wings" tomorrow morn.

Thanks for the good words.
I guess I should go ahead and close the circle on this cook. Here are my results.

I didn't get many pictures because we were keeping everything covered and warm, waiting on company.





The "Wings" were a hit but the pulled pork was the star of the day.
