Trimmed a cryo pack from Sams and figured I would share with those interested.
Also a pole to see what each person does with each cut of meat. Specifically the belly meat.

Nice trimming. I toss the tips. Flap meat I usually smoke and then chop it to add to my smoked beans towards the end of the cook. Since I don't like tips, I usually buy St. Louis trim ribs.
 
I take the flap meat and either fry it up kinda like bacon to add to beans, or cook on the gasser for a mid cook snack.

The tips I like to cook with the ribs but usually let them over cook a bit. That way they fall apart from the bones/cartilage and can be shredded up for a rib sammie.
