wasn't asking you to, don't care. just suggesting a possibility resulting in the flavors you tasted, not because of the meat.

off topic, but, at the end of the day, i don't think it really matters if i know what your using. it's all about HOW you cook.

i use smoking guns hot, salt, and pepper. :icon_smile_tongue:
