Decided on something a little different tonight. I was in Idaho over the weekend and they had fresh huckleberries. So I did a grilled pork tenderloin with a chipoltle huckleberry sauce and some roasted corn. Turned out pretty good I think.

That looks great. I love corn on the grill. I am guessing that is some sort of cheese on the corn?

I saw a show the other night make and wanted to try it. After It finished cooking I spread on some mayo, then salt and pepper,parmesan cheese, and finished with some chili powder.
