I stopped at a Fareway grocery store on my way home from work because I keep hearing that their meat market is great. My goal was to get a pork butt or 2, but the only thing they had was a pork shoulder roast. Obviously this must come from the shoulder just like a regular butt, but it's only like 3.5 lbs so I'm guessing they just cut down their shoulders for people who want something crock-pot sized?? Does anyone have experience cooking something like this? Will it turn out just like a normal butt? I had to just buy one because I didn't have time to stop anywhere else. Help!!
