Pork butt at $.88 per pound at Jewel!

Cut up two 7 pounders and seasoned them up for tomorrow. Bamboo skewers soaking. Low and low on the pellet pooper then on lump charcoal for a bbq sauce finish on the kettle!!! More pics to come. Cook starts at 10am!

I went to a few stores today, best i could find was $1.98 / lb. Years ago I told my wife I can get butt for $.99/lb. She hasn’t let me live it down.

Onion and pineapple, Sounds like it’s gonna be good!

How late Bg are you going to let them go and how low?
If I told the boss I could get butt for $.99/lb things might get dangerous around here!

Not sure how long. Last time I made these was on the WSM.

I’m thinking 1.5 hours on the smoke setting then bump it up to 275. Finishing on the kettle with apple jelly/BBQ sauce mix.

Better late than never, butt, I'm sure they will cook just fine since they are cut up in small chunks. The previous ones you did look phenomenal!
