I did one with Peppered Cow/Cherry and the other with Sweet Seduction. This is my first cook for the year and when they were at 130 i wrapped them with honey and brown sugar. Dont have pics of the whole meal but we had mashed potatoes gravy and green beans.

It was probably the best one that i have done very moist and tender cooked till 140 it cooked from between 225-250 and they marinated over night in Goyo Mojo OJ and Italian Dressing.
 
I usually just lurk around and read and learn from my fellow Brethren and this is only my second post with actual pRoN so this really means allot to me, thanks all!
