Did you know there is an On a Roll Throwdown going on? Ends Monday, so get in on the fun!

Since I happened to find my new favorite pork roast at Wally World again, I thought pork chops were in order.

Toasted bun and a bunch of Claussen Hot & Spicy pickle chips. In the refrigerated section. A lot of people like Famous Dave's spicy pickles, but those are more of a spicy bread & butter pickle. These are spicy dills.

Topped off with some Mongolian Bacon Jam I had in the freezer, grilled onions and extra sauce.

Looks really good Andy. Are you still using the SPOGOS and shot of bourbon in your jam?

In the last few batches, yes. I've probably made this at least five times already. Thanks Mongo! Next batch I may try a different rub. Just because. I portion it into 2oz souffle cups & freeze. Always available.

Congrats on the TD win!

I just bought one of these roasts today, based off seeing it here. How else have you cooked these, or just slice and grill like a chop?
