Pork Butts, Bone or Boneless?

I too prefer the "Bone In" pork butt. Sometimes we buy all of the bone in and have to use a few boneless.

The only time I intentionally buy boneless butts is when I am making buckboard bacon, or making pulled ham instead of pulled pork to switch things up once in a while.

Bone in, my dog would bite me otherwise. And don't we all love the satisfaction of pulling a beautiful slick bone out?

Bone in is best for me. I've tried boneless on several occasions and was not happy with the results. But I did try it.

Bone In
