yorkshire puds with lots of gravy are a staple for xmas dinner at my house. wifes family is from england so i had to learn how to make them. i use saved bacon fat when i bake them off.

I already suggested that Joe could send me a gun or three, as I know he has too many. I got the popover pan, so I am thrilled.

A long time ago, my future mother-in-law made some popovers for dinner when I was at their house. It may be why I've been married for 40 years. The first purchase together after getting married was a popover pan. We use it about 4-5 times a year. (it should be more often)
