Poor Man's Meal

Remembered I thawed this out the other day. Will build a meal or put it in Beans. Regardless- BGE-Mini loaded with Ozark Oak. Smelling good.

Sausage cooked. Quite a bite to it great texture and flavor. Real Jalapeno- no tame stuff.

My choices were broccoli or Annie's Mac N Cheese. I chose Annie.

Broccoli or Mac and Cheese... Hmmm let me think about it... Seriously is that even a choice of course it's going to be Mac and Cheese. Looks great and that's a meal IMO fit for a king.
