My wife is from Pittsburgh, one of the traditional Pittsburgh items is a Turkey Devonshire Sandwich. We make it for breakfast every time we have left over turkey. :thumb:

Put turkey on open face toasted bread.
Cover in cheese sauce (we use melted Velveeta)
Add Crispy thick bacon on top

Ask yourself why you hadn't done this sooner
