I have 2 parties this weekend.

Party #1 - Pulled pork and chicken quarters for 100 (based off of 1/4 per pound. good mix of kids and adults)
- 50lbs raw for 25lbs cooked
- 65 quarters

Party #2 - Pulled pork and Chicken quarters for 110 (high school grads and parents)
- 60lbs raw for 30lbs cooked
- 75 quarters

I'm not sure if the amount of sides matters in meat calculations or not.

Thank you!

IMO party one looks pretty good, but being HS grads in party 2 they might eat a bit more than a 4oz serving of PP.
I am by no means an expert, but just food for thought.

I have to go with bradgreer. If we were doing party #2 we would bump that up by about 25% just to be safe. Sometimes those "kids" can eat ya out of house and home.
