Sitting out side enjoying this 95 degree Texas weather with some cold brewskis. It hits oh crap the Turkey needs to be cooked. I got this gift of a motorcycle beer chicken gadget. Unfortunately it won’t fit a turkey Breast in the reqtec. Grabbed a can of pickle beer and shoved it on the cavity at an angle. Loaded up the smoke tube with some mesquite. Covered the turkey with Louisiana hot sauce and slap yo mama. Set the cooker at 325 and it took about 2hrs. Hopefully it’s good once I slice onto it tomorrow, but for now it rest.

Rest was going on. Hit 130 and I said why not add some caj butter in a wrap set the reqtec to 200. We shall see I will slice a piece in an hour. As long is stay awake I think the alcohol abuse might just work.
