Yeah it was awesome. I used one of the sage ones and I liked the flavor alot. It picked up the perfect amount of smoke flavor.

Rick, I think you need a lesson in proper food portions. I freeze fatty slices 2 lbs. per foodsaver bag and the use em for an appetizer. It's hard to maintain my sexy svelt figure without feeding the Pig.:-D
