Wow, looks great! How did you do the salads? Sounds very interesting?


Tater salad:smoked taters,smoked eggs,spring onion,pickles,picklejuice,mayo,garlic mustard,garlic,smoked bacon,salt,pepper.

Paprika salad:smoked/grilled paprika,onion,tomato,parsley,basil,lime juice,balsamico,salt,pepper.

I thought a roulade was butterflying the meat open and "rolling" stuff inside it.


Sort of true...but I skipped the stuPhing,I like my meat better this way.
And rouler means rolling in Phrench.


My goodness! That is some good looking food.
