-starter tortilla with smoked cod (Padawan)
-main coarse Phlapsteak with quinoa salad (Phubar)
-dessert irish coPhee (Padawan)
Started off with making a beePh bouillon...this was used to cook the quinoa in last Phriday,also used it for the brisket chili the next day.
Brisket was also for the brisket chili saturday.
Ingredients for the beePh bouillon:beePh shank,carrot,celery,onion,garlic,red Spanish pepper,parsley,dille,tomato,peppercorns,bayleaf,salt.
Cod was rubbed with salt and pepper.
Ate it on a small tortilla with guacemole,tomato salsa,jalapeno mayo and parsley (I'm not a cilantro lover).
When I got home from doing groceries I Phound out there were 2 diPherent kind of labels on the Phlapsteak package...one said Phlapsteak and the other one picanha.
Luckily it was Phlapsteak cause that's what I wanted.
Phlapsteak was rubbed with salt and pepper.
