That was impressive!! What was that rather large round (like a tuna can with holes in it) coal in some of the pics? Also I never saw charcoal like that before the ones that looked like stacked ice cubes.

1 chunk like that can burn for 2 hours...you just light it with a lighter on to in the middle and let it burn for 15 minutes before throwing on the Phood.
I've never tried them bePhore...this was the Phirst time I saw it in action.
The square coco briqs are made out of coconut shells...very good stuPh!
