Eggplant + Jalapeño = Eggapeño

Got some eggplants and peppers from the comp last weekend.
I decided to make a soup out of eggplant and jalapeno's.
Within a hour I'm gonna put the stickmixer into the mix and bring the soup up to Phlavour.
It doesn't need hotness...think I used a bit too much of the jalapeno.
The mini UDS is rockin' almost 24 hours now on a very,very constant temp

The mini UDS has royally smoked for more than 24 hours right now without rePhuelling and still is rocking on!

I've added garlic,cane sugar,milk,chardonnay,parmesan,tomato and chives.
