31 ounces of end cut. Kosher Salt for an hour then hit with Oakridge Carne Crosta. B&B Oak lump, the OG non blend bag. Leftovers will be added to chili bag in freezer. Side is a chilled cucumber -onion-tomato Cavenders salad

Meat was definitely select. I did everything I know to do and still wasn't fork tender. Now just because it's not my idea of a grand steak doesn't mean at all that it's not going to be excellent in chili. It's going to be ok.

I actually like that style of silverware, but the twisting could also be from an auger bit. Couldn't think of an auger pun. :-D
