Gotta give props to this recipe. Just deboned a lot of my leftover Cherry Coke Chicken, chopped it up with a cleaver, then pulled up the ol’ Brethren to see about proportions and ingredients.
Followed this exactly plus the addition of two homemade Habanero Pickle spears (Marubozo’s recipe), and a hit of acid (like THoey suggested above), and nailed it!
