Hah my first thought was that dough ball is huge for a 3 day cold ferment. You'll have plenty for 4 pizzas.I am doing my 1st run with this dough recipe. Here is my 1st dough ball. Going into the fridge until Friday. Does it look like it is supposed to? Doesn't seem like it will make 4 balls, but it still needs to rise. Thanks for the recipe
