Ready to place my second attempt at rib roast on the Pro-Q. This time is using the Grand Poobah's Prime Rib recipe. Have 8 bones total and going by the largest one for temp. This should give a range of tastes for rare to medium.

The roasts rubbed and the cook marinating too.
Will have the end results later this evening.
 
They are coming along nicely.

Smokey, I only had a couple of limes this year. The lemon was fresh off the tree at martini time.

Landarc, just kidding right? Right?
