I have been asked to cook for 50 people and they want brisket, pulled pork, green beans, and potatoes. Would ou guys think 25lbs raw pork and 20-23 lbs raw brisket to be enough with two sides? Thanks in advance

That should give you almost 25 pounds cooked or 1/2 per person. I think you got it covered, especially if you throw in a couple of sides.

All adults or kids also? Self serve or will you serve? Served with buns?

For what I have seen catering;

Kids will load a plate up then eat a few bits. Trash the majority of the food then go play.
Men will eat everything and use a bun
Wemon for the most part will skip the bun

But that said you should be covered
