i made these on friday to serve as an appetizer along with 6 fattys down at Vinny's Christmas party.

cut frenched racks of lamb into individual chops. egg wash and coat with 50/50 mix of panko bread crumbs and chopped pistachios and seasoning. smoke with apple chips for about an hour at 275-300. serve with a yogurt sauce with fresh mint and s&p

Could be that Rick will drive up property values in his 'hood, maybe the neighbors should be chipping in on his overhead costs... Man that is some good lookin' grub right there!
