That looks really good. Wishing I had some brisket for breakfast tight now. I used to time my briskets to finish up in the morning because that's just how I liked starting my day.

I like using brisket in breafast burritos. Fry up some potatoes and stir in brisket, scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!
