Overnight Labor Day Pork Butt Cook

Labor Day Pork Butt Cook.

Purchased some Pork Butts for the Holiday cook.
Trimmed them down to remove the thick fat.

Injected them with Oakridge Game Changer Brine and apple juice

Rubbed them down with Oakridge Secret Weapon

Into the smoker
Too dark for pictures in the smoker now, I will update in the morning.
