Ordered A Cookbook

Found Hardback on Amazon under $5 including shipping. Figure if I can get one or two good cooking tips it's money well spent. What I found interesting is that the recipes also come with History Lessons.
Looks to be first published 1985 so almost 40 year old book.

They still make those? Jokes aside, i rarely trust online recipes, at least you know recipes in cookbooks have to be somewhat decent.

Love this book not only for the recipes. Lot of historical food info in the sidebars.
