I did this cook Sunday, September 8th, on the opening NFL Sunday game day.
I cooked everything on my 22 1/2" OTG.
I brined 2 dozen chicken wingettes in Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and water, for about 4 hours. Right before I put them on the grill, I drained them and coated them with olive oil. I served up half the wings with Sweet Baby Rays Honey Barbeque sauce and half with Buffalo sauce (butter and Franks Red Hot).
I made some quesadillas with chopped jalapenos, onions, tomatos, cilantro and a 4 cheese Mexican mix.
I threw on some hamburgers and hot dogs to round out the menu.
It all was yummy!
Wingettes on the OTG.
Getting there.
Served with BBQ sauce.
Served with Buffalo sauce.
Quesadilla.
Quesadilla.
Hamburgers and hot dogs.
Beer o' the day.
Thanks for looking.
