Thanks for looking

I recently cooked some baby back ribs on my Gabby's Santa Maria attachment & I was very impressed with the flavor. I just used SPG on them & spritzed with apple juice & ACV.

Ribs look great!!

May I ask..what type and brand is that pit?

Is that a Santa Maria style one?

Thank you in advance,

cayenne

Cool

It is a Sunterra 36" santa maria grill. I've had it for a year. Use it 2 or 3 times a week.

Ok thank you!!

I've been seeing those on YT and eyeballing them myself.

I'm gonna have to pay off my offset smoker that's coming in...BUT...maybe next year!!
:D

I'd really like to know more about it...what options you got, what model....

Did you get the Rear Brasero?

Dual or single?

Rotisserie?

Out of all of the Santa Maria ones I'd been looking at...this brand look about the best to me all around...

Thank you in advance,

C

ps. lots more pics of the grill would be nice too!!
;)

I have the 36" Sunterra santa maria on cart.
It's a single grate system and comes standard with a 30" wide v-channel grate. But I got 2 small v-channel grate sections and 2 laser cut grate sections that I use in either a 2 v-channel/1 laser configuration (as pictured here) or a 1 v-channel/2 laser configuration.
The rotisserie is great but can use a lot of wood.
The santa marias do not have a brasero, but sometimes I wish I had a side brasero.
