I had an appointment so had to clean up and take off fast. Here's cold slices 11 hours later. 100% Pass the bend and pull test when warm. I cut to put in freezer with my inkbird sealer. I cut into 3rds and froze 2 as it's only us two ole people to eat it lol.

Took about 7.5 hours only wood used was RO Lump and still got a great ring. A lot of hard fat came off during trimming. I used no injection only cow cover and spg from Kosmos. Pulled about 202 maybe could pulled 200 but wasn't happy with stabs.. Other than that no issues I wouldn't have done anything different. Super piece of meat but not sure worth the price LOL. I would do it again.
